We have been contacted by the property owner at the northeast comer of the intersection of
MacArthur Blvd and Sandy Lake Road regarding the location of the property line/ROW relative
to the proposed work at that intersection. Enclosed for your review is a copy of a letter delivered
to our office stating that the City has not acquired the necessary ROW to complete this work.
Please advise regarding this issue.
