RE: St. Andrews Estates - Second Notice
Dear Mr. Holmes:
Since sending to you a letter on October 8, 2004 regarding the referenced subdivision, no
action has been taken to correct erosion control deficiencies on the site. For the second time
this month, we are in a position to notify you that you are not in compliance according to the
Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan from Hennessey Engineering. Please do an evaluation
of the erosion controls in place and make the necessary corrections to attain compliance
immediately.
In addition to the erosion control issues, I also want to bring to your attention the condition of
your dedicated construction entrance. It appears to have been obliterated and is not usable.
Please notify me when both issues have been corrected.
