TXU Transmission Poles Relocate at Sandy Lake and McArthur

Attached is labor cost estimate from Tdnity Utility Service Inc. for the relocation of three (3) wood poles at
the intersection of Sandy Lake Rd and McArthur Blvd. These consist of one pole west of McArthur and
two poles east of McArthur designate(I on TXU aligment sheets as poles 3/13, 411, and 4/2. This relocation
is to permit paving of Sandy Lake west of Mc. Arthur and installation of sewer line east of McArthur.

Scarborough Engineering, Inc. (SEI) is working on this project as contractJconsulting engineers to TXU.
SEI contacts and makes arrangements with construction contractors on behalf of TXU.
TXU's intent is to relocate the transmission line from Denton Tap Road through McArthur approximately
12 feet to the south and to relocate poles as required for the construction of intersections on Sandy Lake Rd,
This relocation expense will be in addition to the charge shown on the attached, This design is in progress
and a request for construction bid proposal has been placed. The line relocation may impact the three poles
currently being moved.
