Partial Early Release for Brighton Manor
Early release for building permits is being granted for Blocks A and C of Brighton Manor.
Until the developer installs a drain system for the groundwater that impacts some of the lots
in Block B, none of those lots are released at this time. When that drain system is inspected
and accepted as operational, the lots in Block B will be released. Your office will be notified
at that time. Final acceptance of the project is pending in this office.
