The plans submitted today have been revised based upon the September 28 comments from the city. Attached
are the comments for reference. If you have any question, please contact me or David Littleton. My number is

Cover Sheet
1. The cover sheet now shows only the development of Lot 1 on Block A.
Plat
1. Note will be added to the Plat about the utilities crossing from Lot to Lot. The note will be similar to the
attached "PRIVATE UTILITY AGREEMENT"
Erosion Control Plan
1. Note has been added to plan informing contractor about Coppell Ordnance.
Drainage Area Map 1. A drainage table has been added to the plans.
2. The drainage system is now shown on the plans,
Storm Drain Plans 1. The plans have been sent to TX DOT for approval.
2. A note has been added about the cross drainage.
Water and Waste Water Plan 1. A note will be added to Plat about utility access. See attached note.
2. Tapping sleeve and valves have been added to all connections with existing water lines.
3. The contractor bid where the sanitary crosses Forrest Hill as a saw cut. We added a note to remove half
of a panel of pavement to match existing joints and repair using cement sand backfill. A note about Traffic
control has also been added to that area.
4. All crossings have been checked and meet TCEQ requirements.'-' '
5. The manhole added in Forrest Hill Dr. is now a 5' diameter manhole.
6, SRD-35 sanitary sewer pipe material with class B-1 bedding as indicated will work with the depths
indicated.
Paving Plans 1. Legend for the paving has been added,
2. Plans show pavement thickness increased by 1" to allow for non-lime stabilized sub grade.
Deceleration Lane
1, The plans have been sent to TX DOT for approval.
