Our records indicate that the zoning change sign has not yet been returned to the Planning Department for your deposit reimbursement of $150. Lot to lot access to private utilities for the purpose of fire line service, waste water service and drainage shall be agreed to by this plat. Access shall include service and maintenance access. Maintenance of private utilities shall include repair of surface features disturbed due to maintenance of or connection to private utilities. Each lot owner shall be responsible for construction of the utilities required to develop individual lots and shall not preclude other lot owners from connecting to private utility lines or maintaining service from private utilities. Lot owners shall be responsible for maintenance of private utilities within individually owned lots.
