Mr, Brown:
This is in regards to the e-mail you sent Ken Griffin about your property at the intersection of
Coppell Road N. and Sandy Lake. I checked with the consultant and the plans that I sent you
were the most recent set that we have. The consultant is waiting until we have finished our final
review comments before they make any revisions to the plans. Are you available to meet with Ken
to discuss your concerns about your property? If so, please let me know some times and I will
work with Ken's schedule to try and set up the meeting. His best days to meet are Tuesdays and
Thursdays.
