Will talk with TXDOT about moving outside of the 10-foot easement corridor for a portion of the water line. Will look at getting easements on the south end,

0607-04 - Potential confliot between the existing ~ility and the proposed 12-inch water line at three locations - may or may not require relocation. The b~al location length would he less than 200
feet. Engineer is meeting with TxDOT to determine their position on a variable alignment in these locations which would minimize the need for relocation. If TxDOT is inflexible, enginer will pre. pare
a reques~ to Grande for a proposal to relocate.
Utility will not commit rooney's to locate their line at the 4th location where the water line will cross the small creek at 5te. 35+50.

07-02-04 - Transmission pole adjacent to station ~.5+20 - the pole foundation was designed to allow for an excavation of 5-foot depth adjacent to the pole. Engineer has prepared plan and profile
to comply with these parameters. The plan sheet will include a note regarding the contractors responsibility to contact Brazos EleCtric at least 24 hours in advance of excavation local to this pole
foundation.
