RE: Riverchase Townhomes Addition
Dear Mr. Rose:
The City has reviewed your request for delayed payment of Roadway Impact fees. Your request,
dated August 27, 2004 was to delay the collection of Roadway Impact fees until prior to issuance
of a Certificate of Occupancy. That request was not approved. However, the Engineering
Department will delay collection of the $41,040.00 for Roadway Impact fees until the final
acceptance of the project, which occurs prior to the issuance of any building permits. The
Engineering Department considers a project ready for final acceptance under the following
conditions:
1. All walk-thru inspections have been conducted;
2. All punchlist items have been corrected;
3. Two-year maintenance bonds have been submitted and approved;
4. Record drawings are received from the engineer of record;
5. All fees due to Engineering Dept. are collected.
