RE: Verizon Letter / Requested Information
Dear Mr. Stull:
I am in receipt of a faxed letter from Rez Samari of Verizon. The information I expected to
receive was confirmation that the existing box would meet the minimum requirements for
heavy traffic loads in the drive approach adjacent to Freeport Parkway.
The information sent to this office appears to be an unsigned agreement for proposed work
activity to relocate the franchise utility out of the drive approach. Therefore, I find that this
information does not substantiate the requirement for soundness and axle-load that would be
expected to travel across this drive approach area.
Please provide information confirming suitability of the box prior to placing any concrete
around this device. If you have any questions or comments please contact me at 972-304-3684.
