Ken, I hope you are doing well.
I received you letter requesting the $35,000 for the ADA
modifications.
We are prepared to write that check, but as mentioned in our April 27
letter we need a release to complete the paperwork. I am attaching a
suggested release for the City's signature. If you can have this
executed, I can have a check cut and sent to you or stop by with a
check
and pick up the release. Let me know how you think it is best we get
the
release and check transferred.
