RE: Bethel Road/Coppell Road Reconstruction project
To Whom It May Concern:
Attached with this letter is a copy of the 60% construction plans submitted to the City of Coppell
earlier this year. Freese and Nichols is working towards completing the construction plans
before the end of the year, and would appreciate your input on the franchise utilities within the
project area.
The paving reconstruction work extends in Bethel Road from Freeport Parkway to Denton Tap
Road and in Coppell Road from Bethel Road to Cooper Lane. The proposed street will be
several feet wider than the existing pavement and will be up to three feet lower than the existing
roadway in some sections. The plan and profile of the roadway improvements is included in the
attached set of construction plans. The underground utility work includes replacing the water
line and sanitary sewer line in Coppell Road and with new underground storm drains to be
installed in Bethel Road and Coppell Road. There are plan and profile sheets of these
improvements are included in the plans as well.
As part of the topographic survey for the project, the surveyors attempted to locate all of the
overhead and underground franchise utilities within the project area. If the utilities shown in the
plans are not shown in the correct location or if there are facilities that are not shown at all, I
would appreciate if you could remm a copy of the plans with the correct locations marked.
