RE: Sherrill Acres, Lot 3~ Block 1~ (Unificare) Site Plan
To whom it may concern:
This letter is to inform you that the Sherdll Acres, Lot 3, Block 1 (Unificare), Site Plan, to
allow the construction of a 16,000-square-foot office building on 1.65 acres of property
located south of East Belt Line Road, approximately 2,150 feet east of MacArthur
Boulevard, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, October 21, 2004, subject to the following condition:
1) The applicant working with the Engineering Department to determine the
design, construction and placement of the sign.
2) Revision to the site plan and elevations to incorporate the covered parking,
as submitted.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, November 9,
2004, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be
held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets
only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and
Zoning Commission. Therefore, please submit to the Planning Department three (3) folded
copies of revised plans on or before 12 noon, Wednesda¥~ October 27th. Also, please
submit one (I) 8 ~A x 11 paper reduction, along with one jpg, tiff, pdf or similar electronic
file.
