COMMENTS:
The enclosed sketches show a City of Lewisville requested deceleration lane along SH 121 at MacArthur BIvd·
The City of Lewisville has also requested an extended deceleration lane along MacArthur Boulevard. Since the
desigr~ of these deceleration lanes has not been commissioned by the property owners, we propose adding a
note to the plat indicating that "Future Street Easement or Right-of-Way dedication by separate Instrument
m~y be required for future deceleration lane construction affecting Lots 3, 4, 5 end 6". Th~s note ~s
appropriate since the actual design and limits of the future deceleration lane construction are unknown at this
time. Please approve the addition of this note so that we may proceed with filing the plat.
