Chris and Jeff, Keith Marvin called a minute ago and said if we edit the
language as shown below, we can get the plat signed tomorrow and be
ready to get the plat recorded shortly there-after. Let me know how to
proceed.
"Future Street Easement or Right-of-Way dedication by separate
instrument or re-plat shall be required for future deceleration lane
construction affecting Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6".
