The project bid opening is November 16, 2004 and construction is anticipated to start in the Ist quarter of 2005. We arc requesting your firm, along with four other firms, to submit a proposal for the construction materials testing on the Sandy Lake road project. An estimate of the type and number of construction materials tests required for the project is enclosed for your use in preparing the proposal. Please submit the proposal within the next three weeks.
