Contract with Explorer
Hey Suzan,
We are still going around with Explorer Piperine on the contract that
they want us to sign. Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of
what you signed with Explorer. They seem to have some strong liability
and expectation language on our part.
My fax # is (817) 410-3003. Also, my boss is setting up a meeting with
your boss to discuss the interlocal. We have two parcels and are very
close on the other two parcels that we need. For the church we just
need to send the final documents and on the other our attorney is
working with their attorney.
