RE: Proposed Stockpiling/Lot Padding at St. Andrews Estates
Dear Mr. Trudell:
We received your proposal for work activity described as stock piling of dirt for padding of
selected lots in the subdivision. We have additional questions that should be answered before the
proposed work can be approved.
1. When will pads be set?
2. What equipment will be used?
3. How will the dirt get to the stockpiles?
4. What about the private drain installation?
5. Time frame of work relative to final inspection?
In addition to providing the requested information, please note the following requirements for the
proposed work activity:
1. Verification of all lot elevations is required.
2. No large amounts of soil to be transported across roadway paving sections.
3. If stockpiling request is granted - slopes will be no greater than 3:1 and erosion control must
be maintained around the stockpiles.
4. Ali density requirements must be met.
In addition to responding to these questions with the required information, please attach a copy
of the plat showing outlines of the lots to be used in this work activity. Please reply with the
necessary information at your earliest opportunity so that your schedule is not unduly hindered.
