There will be water and wastewater impact fees based on the size of the fire line, the
water meter and the irrigation meter. There will be roadway impact fees based on
the square footage and the use of the building. Should you have any additional

Based on the preliminary plans, no additional right-of-way will be acquired on the
north side of Sandy Lake on the Latour property.
