Dear Ms. Taylor:
Pursuant to the modifications to the referenced project, we are enclosing two sets each of final construction
plans and specifications for the S.H. 121 Water Line project from North Coppell Road to Denton Tap Road
(Project WA 01-01). We believe that this project is ready to proceed to the bidding phase. The only piece
missing from the Specifications is the Bid Number and the structure of dates for the pre-bid meeting and for
the receipt of the contractors bid proposal at the offices of the City of Coppell.
Please review these documents and advise if there are any issues requiring our attention. We are ready to
proceed, with your approval.
