Dear Mr. Holmes:
An engineering review was made of the construction of the storm sewer inlets
the west side of the property at Stonewick Lane in accordance with the City of
Coppell request.
During the construction, the utility contractor made slight adjustments to the
location of the inlets to avoid a fence and existing trees on the southwest end of
the street where the inlet was moved 7' towards the east to better accommodate
site conditions. The inlet on the northwest side of the street was moved 3' to the
east to avoid interference with the installation of the fire hydrant.
These adjustments will be noted on the record drawings of construction, which
have been marked up by the utility contractor, and also the actual location of the
lateral line from the inlet to the main line will be documented as installed.
The other inlets were reviewed, and according to the utility contractor, there were
no adjustments to the remaining inlets. As the weather improves, our survey
crew will further check that condition for verification before the paving installation
is started I
