Carla,
The project at SH 121 and MacArthur is getting close to approval from our standpoint. They have asked
me if they can get started on their utility work while awaiting TxDOT approval on the drive, decel lane, and
drainage connection issue. I have reservations about doing that based on the potential of significant site
modifications if TxDOT does not approve the drainage design.
Before I get back to them, could you let me know where in the review process you are relative to this
development, and if you are considering rejecting the storm sewer design.
