Per your request, we contacted a local contractor regarding typical costs for installing
Raven manhole lining products. According to the contractor, a typical range of costs for
the installation of these lining products is $8 to $10 per square foot This assumes the
lining will be applied to a new manhole and that no dewatering is necessary. The lining
is spray applied. For a five-foot diameter manhole that is 15 feet deep, the approximate
area is 240 square feet. At $10 per square foot, the lining costs for a manhole of this
size and depth would be in the range of $2,500.
