purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Conoboy for the purpose of establishing
their information technology business in Coppell. The Conoboys reside at
508 Rocky Branch in Coppell, Texas.
Because this property is currently residential and non-conforming in many ways, we are
requesting a planned development declaration for the property so that some of the regular
requirements for a commercial piece of property can either be modified or waived.
