Dear Mr. Steer:
As discussed we have drafted this letter regarding signage for the proposed remainder
tract of the Sherrill Acres Subdivision. As you are aware this lot is a flag lot with no
available street frontage to accommodate a monument sign. Our client has requested
that the City consider allowing a street sign to be installed at the intersection of the
existing drive and Beltline Road to read Unificare Lane. This request would allow the
rear parcel to receive some signage while still maintaining the integrity of the existing
visibility clips at this intersection.
