Suzan and Ken,
Based on the public meeting and other discussions, should we move forward with the project assuming that the
road can be closed during the construction of the bridge? I'd like to get a revised schedure with our next submittal
date to you, but I need confirmation on the approach for the bridge design.
Also, our regular meeting schedule would have us meet the afternoon of Nov 18th. Could we move that to the
morning? Let me know if that's possible. I need to take off early that day for a personal appointment.
