Halff Associates 8616 Northwest Plaza Drive Dallas TX 75225 RE: Vista Point I1, Lot 1 Block A Revised Fee Assessment Dear Mr. Littleton: It has come to my attention that the fee estimate letter dated September 22, 2004 contains an error in the fire line water meter cost. The development was inadvertently assessed for two 10" fire line meters when actually one 10" and one 8" fire line meter are required. The attachment to that letter indicated that the irrigation / fire line water meter fee was $10,365.62. That number should be $8,765.74. I have attached the revised fee tables for your review. When your contractor is ready to pay the meter fee, please have the check made out for the amount shown in this revised schedule.
