Dear Mr. Griffin: ~
In accordance with our request dated May 5, 2000, AUI General Contractors has forwarded the enclosed
response from General Electric concerning the condition of the 600 horsepower motor supplied with Pump
Number 4. In addition, the contractor has scheduled a meeting with the motor manufacture's representative at
the job site to evaluate and confirm the reformation provided. The meeting is scheduled for Monday, May 15,
2000 at 11:00 a.m.
We look forward to seeing you on Monday and are available to discuss this project further at your
convenience.
