Dear Mr. Bakintas:
We received a letter from the resident at 815 Mulranny Drive, xvhich is the lot directly north of
the current development known as Coppell/121 Office Park. He has expressed concern about his
fence, retaining wall and backyard suffering possible damage related to the construction activity
on this site. This letter is in response to his request that my office look into his concerns.
I understand you are in the process of designing and/or beginning construction on a retaining
wall in the vicinity of his property. Please be aware that we will inspect the area of his fence and
retaining wall upon completion of the project. If any damage is found, it is expected that you
will repair or instruct your contractor to repair the damage.
Please advise this office at 3'our earliest opportunity the date v,'hcn you ,,viii have the retaining
,,','all constructed so that we may perform an inspection on that adjacent private property.

We received your letter dated October 22, 2004 and have subsequently sent the attached letter to
the property owner and the engineer for the referenced development. When we receive a
response we will forward the information to you regarding the schedule for construction of the
retaining wall.
