The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has reviewed and approved your plans to
construct two (2) driveways and one (1) deceleration lane for the above-referenced development at
SH 121 Bypass and MacArthur Boulevard.
Attached is the approved Permit to Construct Access Driveway Facilities on Highway Right of Way,
a copy of which should be kept on the job site at all times.
