Your suggestion to provide a connection between the proposed 12-inch along 121 and the existing 8-inch
along the north side of the alley in the Magnolia Park Addition is good. We would recommend this to
improve the water quality at the end of this existing line. This would add approximately 35 feet of 8-inch
and a tee and valve.
Please run this by Ken and with your approval we can make this minor addition to the plans.
I expect to forward the easement to your attention by Thursday afternoon.
If there are additional issues we can resolve please do not hesitate to contact us.
