On October 12, 2004, City Council awarded the referenced project to Canfer Construction
Company. A pre-construction conference on the referenced project has been scheduled for
Thursday, November 11th, 2004 at 2:00 p.m., in the second floor conference room in Town Center,
at 255 Parkway Blvd.
Please notify sub-contractors and any other interested parties so that they may have a representative
present.
If you should have any questions concerning this project, please feel free to give me a call. The
construction inspector on this project will be Rick O'Dell. He can be reached at 972/304-7090.
