I passed the three exhibits on to Ken for his review - I am not sure when he will have any answers for me. I
will have the check cut and mail it to you. It will be made out to K+K Associates.

Suzan,
We are ready to make a preliminary submittal for a TAS plan review. The accessibility specialist we would like
to use is Jim Krueger with K+K Associates. Before we proceed, though, I wanted to make sure that he is
acceptable to both you and Ken.
Attached with this message is his proposal for review of the preliminary plans. His fee for the preliminary review
is $300. For the final review, TDLR filing fees, and site inspection, his fee would be $1,046. In our contract, it
was agreed that the City would pay for the review directly, m not sure what ~s easier for you, but I would
suggest doing these as separate deals since we are still six months away from issuing a bid set of plans. If you

could have a check cut and sent to me, I can include it with the rest of our submittal. Let me know if this works
