This letter when signed and acknowledged below will serve as an amendment to our
contract dated October 8, 2003.
The City of Coppelt desires to add an additional median opening at Station 25+63+.
Jacobs will revise the plans to reflect the median opening. We anticipate the following
additional fee:
Project Manager
Project Engineer
CADD
1 hr. @ $120/hr = $120
2 hrs @ $90/hr = $180
2 hrs @ $73/hr = $146

The total fee for the project will increase from $93,636.00 to $94,082.00.
