Fee Assessment Letter - Revised

Dear Mr. Evans:
It has come to my attention that the original fee assessment letter dated December 12, 2003 for the
referenced development did not include one of the 2-inch irrigation meters. I have revised the assessment
and I am transmitting it herewith.
Normally water impact fees are required to be paid prior to being issued a building permit. Since permits
have already been issued, and the construction is well underway, we will require that the fees be paid
prior to being given a certificate of occupancy. ' ~ -
The majority of the impact fees have already been paid, and the additional cost of the meters and
inspections has already been collected. The total Difference between this assessment and the previous
one is $2,508.48. Ofthat amount $2,240 is the amount of the additional impact fee. When the contractor
brought the meter and inspection fee to our public works service center they inadve~ently had the check
made out for an extra 550. We accepted that check, and have applied the $50 to the additional impact
fees. This leaves a total of $2,I90 that needs to be paid for this additional water meter.
P~~age make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the amount of $2,190.00 at t~
Building Inspecti~ons office located at 500 Southwestern Blvd.
Please feel free to call with any questions or comments concerning this issue.
Sincerely,
Keith R. Marvin, P.E.
