I just found out about this on 10/21/04 from Keith Marvin, I have not received any more money from
them since 4/04. Was a copy of this revised Development Fee Table sent out to Dexas? We are about
to
start giving them their C.C., I can hold that over their head. So the answer to your question is no I
not received $2190.00.

A revision was done to the water impact fee for this project in October. I show that $2,190.00 is still due
based on an additional irrigation meter. It may be confusing if you look at it on J drive (Freeport L3B3
Dexas), but $50 was applied to the impact fee of $2,240.00 when the meter was picked up from Service
Center so the rest is payable to your dept. Greg and Mary Beth were copied on the revision, but can you
tell me if the $2,190 was ever collected?

PCI paid for and picked up the meters, according to my paperwork.

Bev, the revised assessment went to the engineer for the project at Pacheco Koch. I don't know if he told
them, perhaps not! I could send it to the contractor but don't know if it is Raymond Construction or PCl,
they were both at the pre-con. Do you know?

Update since my last email- PCI called and wanted to know if we would refund their $50 overpayment
since they don't pay the impact fee for a project. Their overpayment occurred during payment for a
meter. ~ told him to forward the info to Raymond Construction (who is the GC) and to work a deal with
them to get their money back. Delegate, Delegate, Delegate!
