THE REVIEW OF CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND SITE INSPECTIONS,
BY THE REGISTERED ACCESSIBILITY SPECIALIST (PAS) FOR THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
LICENSING AND REGULATION (TDLR), AUSTIN, TEXAS, IS BASED ON A BEST EFFORTS
ENDEAVOR FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION AND CERTIFICATION BY T.D.L.R. IN PLAN REVIEW AND
SITE INSPECTIONS, IN NO WAY WARRANTS COMPLETE COMPLIANCE TO THE TEXAS
ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS. THE UNDERSIGNED, THE PROFESSIONAL, THEIR EMPLOYEES,
ENGINEERS, AND CLIENT FOR WHOM THE REVIEW OR INSPECTION IS MADE AGREES TO HOLD
HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE CONTRACT PROVIDER AND THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF
LICENSING AND REGULATION FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE
PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK.
Any TAS plan review and/or site inspection will be between K+K Associates, LLP and the Undersigned Company
below acting as the agent representative for the owner.
