Dear Mr. Trudell:
! am requesting a meeting with you, and any other Holmes Builders' representatives who need to be
involved, to discuss a range of issues concerning the referenced project. The issues include but are
not limited to the following:
1. The City of Coppell has not received the original of the bacteriological test results for the water
main.
2. No test results for questionable materials, i.e. manufacturer's reports on pipes, etc. have been
provided.
3. No field verification of the horizontal and vertical structures (storm drain inlets and junction box)
has been done.
4. Reconstruction of the proposed roadway/road bed to allow for ingress/egress into the subdivision
has not begun.
5. The finished floor elevations (FFE) of all lots according to the approved civil plans have not been
accomplished.
6. The temporary channel/drain has not been properly back-filled with densities taken.
7. Elevations of Item 4 and Item 6 must be verified.
This meeting needs to be scheduled as soon as possible so that the above listed issues do not linger
and prolong the project unnecessarily. Please call me at your earliest convenience.
