Dear Mr. Kempke:
We are in receipt of your fax of Friday, November 12, 2004. Your proposal in not
acceptable to the City based upon the information submitted. The inlet located on the
south side of proposed Stonewick Lane is not properly aligned with the street. Please
have that inlet removed and replaced in such a fashion that it is parallel to the curb.
When that inlet is re-poured, if it is possible to align it with the one across the street to
the north, it will make it easier for the street to be poured in that area. The low points
will then be in the same place across from each other.
If that is not possible, we will accept the proposed tnodification to the profile of the
street. If you have additional questions or comments, please feel free to contact me.
