The City of Coppell has requested a Sidewalk and Utility Easement, and a Temporary
Construction Easement in connection with the Phase I construction of West Sandy Lake Road.
Per your request, attached to this letter is the paving plan showing the median opening requested
by Coppell Bible Fellowship. At this time the City intends to construction the median opening
as shown on the plan.
