Services: Daily field activities.
On this date, HBC/Terracon's technician arrived at the above referenced job site as scheduled for
observation of daily field activities. The following was observed and/or tested.
HBC/Terracon's technician was requested by the contractor to verify the excavation of
the building pad. The pad had been excavated to 7 feet from grid line A to B/2 to 5.
No in-place density tests were performed at the time of this job site visit.
