Dear Mr. Trudell:
On Friday, August 20, 2004, the erosion control plan for St. Andrews Estates was
reviewed.
The drainage conditions have been improved by installing a nominal 20' wide
ditch along the west property line with the ditch located about 20' from the
neighbor's property. This transfers drainage water from the south side of St.
Andrews Estates towards the north side location of the Old Denton Creek. Two
more rows of hay bales have been installed along the northwest section of the
drainage swale to confine sediment.
The three lots on the southeast side of St. Andrews Estates will have enhanced
erosion control by installing a silt fence located along the north and south ends of
these lots as shown on the revised Erosion Control Plan, C7, dated 8/23/2004.
Place visible signs on construction site which document the SWPPP approval
and TPDES permit. All inspection reports shall be kept on file at the job site, as
well as at your head office. The records should be kept for a minimum of three
years after completion of the construction and filing of the NOT (Notice of
Termination). Additional copies of record forms are enclosed with this letter. The
Control Measure Maintenance log should document when streets are swept to
remove sediment, debris, or related materials.
Yours sincerely, ~
President
