Acceptance call be gained for the subdivision prior to that activity. Tho City of Coppell will allow the delayed padding o£ lots under tile following conditions: l. Consult with your civil engineer and get a letter :fi-om him indicating how this will impact his ability to secure a final Loiter of Map Revision :for the subdivision based upon thc fill you are adding. 2. This lot padding shall take place within the two-year subdivision maintenance period. In the event those lots axe not sold nor are homes const~cted, lot padding shall take pl~e prior to expiration of the maintenance bonds. 3. We ne~d a letter fi'om your paving contractor md utility contractor stating they will allow tRis activity to take place during their bond period, and acknowledging they will be held to their responsibilities for maintenance during thai time.
