In addition to the problems with voids in the paving, I am also concerned about the paving in
the intersection of Moore Road at Sandy Lake. A casual observation of that intersection shows
that there is already substantial wearing of the concrete surface at that intersection.
Please evaluate the paving to determine what has caused the voids in the surface area and the
surface deterioration. This needs to be addressed in a timely manner so that a resolution can
be arrived at. It is quite possible that sections of the paving will need,to be~removcd and
replaced.
Please provide this information as soon as possible. If you should have any questions, please
feel free to contact me at your convenience.

RE: Sandy Lake Road ST93-02
Dear Mr. Weber:
Recently while driving along the paved portions of Sandy Lane Road from Denton Tap to
Moore Road, I noticed that there appeared to be voids in the surface area of the concrete
paving. Upon closer inspection, there are in fact numerous locations along the north side
paving where there are already voids that are now being filled by rock and debris. These voids
range from nickel size up to fist size. I am very much concerned about the integrity of the
paving, especially in these areas where there is already noticeable problems with the surface.
In addition to the problems with voids in the paving, I am also concerned about the paving in

that there is already substantial wearing of the concrete surface at that intersection.
