Remarks We are extending the west bound service road on IH 635 from Home Depot to Belt Line Road
for a private client. The project being in Irving, we met with Jim O'Connor, PE and he shared with us that the
intersection is in the City of Coppell and gave us your name. Please take a quick look at the intersection layout
and give me your comments. This is preliminary and you will receive a full set of plans to review, later.
Mr. O'Connor stated that he wanted you to see what we were proposing to do to the intersection.
