We've just been informed that the embankment at the back of 815 Mulranny
Drive sloughed off before the contractor was able to complete
construction of the retaining wall. The Contractor has coordinated with
the home owner (Mr. Kumar Subramaniam), and is working as quickly as
possible to complete construction of the proposed screening/retaining
wall and reconstruct the adjacent properties fence and wooden wall.
Attached, please find a revised wall detail, which extends northward to
include the adjacent properties fence and wooden wall. This revised
detail also provides for a concrete stem up to the top of the 5'
embankment.
Please be assured that the Contractor, the Developer and this office are
working as quickly as possible to address this issue. Should you have
