SUBJECT: Response to City Comments Review
The plans submitted today have been revised based upon the October 27th comments from the city. Attached are
the comments for reference. If you have any question, please contact me or David Littleton. My number is 214-
346-6200.
1. The water valves are now located on the public side of the vault.
2. The sanitary sewer has been relocated. The two bend in the line have been eliminated.
3. I talked to Tim Oates. A different company is designing the fire protection. We realize the line size will
have to change if the results of the design differ from plan.
4. We are still waiting for approval from TX Dot.
5. The 5'x2' box culvert will be pre-cast and is updated on the plans.
This project does not have a contractor, once one is chosen the proper forms and impact fees will be taken
care of.
