took a quick look at your preliminary site plan. We were talking about the same general piece of land.
have a few comments that you may want to take into consideration:
This portion of Beltline Road is actually in the City of Dallas, and so you would need to go through them fro
permission to move the median openings. You would also need to construct left turn lanes at these
locations.
Water will need to be extended to the 3 acre lot northeast of the railroad spur.
There will need to be some detention of stormwater runoff on the northwest portion of the site.
Other than these issues, the proposal looks pretty good. Let us know when you're ready to run it through
DRC.
