Keith: As we discussed this morning, I can not support the engineer's request for grading permission on
the above referenced tract. I am very much concerned with the lack of a tree survey (as I'm sure Parks is
also), no site plan submittal, no elevations of what's to be built, and very little idea of what will eventually
be placed on this parcel.
As you know, the general process is to submit the above listed information along with everything else
needed for site plan approval, go through the public hearing process before Commission and Council, and
then start grading procedures.
From my perspective, this request is just too open ended, there are too many unknowns here and the
proposal should be rejected.
