This letter is in response to the request for additional information by the Architectural
Review Committee. Enclosed is a contract proposal from Keane Landscape along with
the surveyed plan. The following items are for your review.

10 feet north according to City of Coppell Lease Agreement-
3. Drainage will be performed by engineered base 2 percent fall from west to east.
In addition a 12x12' drain box will be placed on the west side of the property line
with a 6" perforated sub-drain pipe to the east of the retention wall.
4. A sprinkler zone will he added to additional 1 O-foot expansion due to the lease
agreement.
5. A 6-foot board-on-board cedar fence will be constructed along the west side of
the lot with 3" ground clearance in 10-foot addition to allow for positive overflow
drainage and debris management. A matching 3-foot fence will be constructed on
the north side of the lot. A 3-foot wrought iron fence will be constructed on the
east side of the lot, only north o£ and not including, the portion shared with the
neighbor at 948 Brentwood.
6. We will request building permits from Greg Jones, building inspector of the City
of Coppell and seek approval from Ken Griffin, City Engineer.
