Enclosed is a contract proposal from Keane Landscape along with the surveyed plan. Drainage will be performed by engineered base 2 percent fall from west to east. In addition a 12x12' drain box will be placed on the west side of the property line with a 6" perforated sub-drain pipe to the east of the retention wall. 4. A sprinkler zone will he added to additional 1 O-foot expansion due to the lease agreement. 5. A 6-foot board-on-board cedar fence will be constructed along the west side of the lot with 3" ground clearance in 10-foot addition to allow for positive overflow drainage and debris management. A matching 3-foot fence will be constructed on the north side of the lot. A 3-foot wrought iron fence will be constructed on the east side of the lot, only north o£ and not including, the portion shared with the neighbor at 948 Brentwood. 6.
